The Experienced Curriculum typically consists of 12 weeks of training including Defending, Passing, Receiving, Receiving to Turn, Double Pass, Give and Go, Overlap, Takeover, Combinations to Goal and Finishing. Each session is broken down into the following format; Juggling Warm Up, SAQ Training, Dribbling/Ball Mastery, Technical Semi-Opposed, 1 v. 1 / 2 v. 1 Opposed and 4 v. 4 games. 

As most topics are catered to one ball per two players, size 4 balls are now used.
