The Developmental Curriculum typically consists of 12 weeks of training including Dribbling, Moves, Turning, Stop Starts, Changing Direction, Passing, Receiving and Shooting. Each session is broken down into the following format; Juggling Warm Up, SAQ Training, Dribbling/Ball Mastery, Technical Semi-Opposed, 1 v. 1 / 2 v. 1 Opposed and 3 v. 3 Tournament. 

As most topics are catered to 1 ball per player, Futsal balls may be used to encourage more dribbling within the activities and games.
